Full Conference Registration Includes:

  • Conference name badge
  • Two continental breakfasts
  • Two drink tickets to the Sunday and Monday receptions
  • Lunch – Monday
  • Three refreshment breaks

  • Conference packet
  • Admission to all sessions and exhibition
  • Access to hotel room block (based on availability)

VIP Registration Packet (Includes all of the above plus):

  • List of Attendees with full contact info (post MGP)
  • Access to VIP Lounge
  • Access to VIP Reception on Sunday Night

Registering More than one person

Cancellation Policy:

If you cannot attend, written notification must be received 10 days before the start of the conference.  You may either send a substitute or receive a refund minus a $75.00 processing fee if your request is received 10 days before the start of the conference.  No refunds will be granted after 10 day notice period before the start of the conference for any reason. In the event of bad weather or if the conference is cancelled, INSTEP is not responsible for nonrefundable travel fares or lodging, nor will INSTEP issue refunds for registrations, exhibits, sponsorships, event activities or any associated fees.
