We will be drafting up an exhibit diagram towards the end of 2018. Once that is done, Sponsors will be given first choice on booth location based on sponsor level and date paid. We will them move to regular exhibitors on a first paid basis.

Because we will be promoting your firm/organization on our web site, in our promotional emails and our Facebook Fan Page and LinkedIn Group Page no refunds will be given for cancellations. You may request a credit for a future MGP event if the request is received 30 days in advance of the current event. In the event of bad weather or if the conference is cancelled, the MGP is not responsible for nonrefundable travel fares or lodging, nor will MGP issue refunds for registrations, exhibits, sponsorships, event activities or any associated fees.
